EFFECTIVE TODAY, our shipping processing time is under 7 business days, unless an item is on back-order which is always FOREWARNED on the product page. Keep in Mind national holidays in France & Monaco do not account into business days (even if it is not a holiday in your country). If you placed your order less than 5-7 Business Days ago, and you email us to inquire about your order, chances are you will get forwarded to this exact page, and proposed a refund if you do not wish to wait our forewarned processing time.
Note that Applications like ArriveApp do not work for LaPoste Trackings, keep check LaPoste.Fr and once the flag of your country shows on the tracking detail you can then enter your same tracking number on your own country's postal service website (for Example for USA, once your item is in the US check usps.com, for Canada CANADA Post, for UK Royal UK Post )
You didn't get your tracking yet? DO NOT WORRY. We work a la francaise and while our client service is anglophone, and very American Friendly (our Founder is part American after all) we still had to adjust our practices to the french system. Which means that often we may not have added your tracking yet eventhough it has already been picked up, scanned and transfered to CDG Paris Airport.
Also if you have received your tracking but don't see much or any movement, DON'T WORRY, it is still on its way to you ! just keep in mind POSTAL SCANS are not REAL TIME like in the US, you don't get a step by step heartbeat of your package like you would via FedEx or UPS, often you will only see a real update once it is at the Paris Airport on its way to you. We use the Postal System and it is efficient, cost-friendly, but will try your ability to demonstrate patience, very french patience !
